Foster Home Practicum Opportunity Survey
We are social work students coming up with a proposal for 3rd year social work practicum students to enter into foster homes.  The purpose of this will be for the student to see the experiences in the home from the foster parent and child's perspective.  We hope that respectful, healthy relationships between foster homes and future social workers will develop out of this.  With this hope we have developed a survey that with your completion will allow us to gain further perspective and input for this practicum.
