AFFORDABLE HOUSING

Spencer Court Low Income Housing Program
 Spencer Court is comprised of 46 affordable 2, 3 and 4 bedroom town houses.  There are 2 units that are wheel chair accessible.  Spencer Court is located in the Sahali area of Kamloops and is offered in partnership with BC Housing.  Applicants are put on the wait list according to date received and need.  Applications are available at 765 Tranquille Road, 396 Tranquille Road or on our website at www.interiorcommunityservices.bc.ca

Stokstad Low Income Housing Program
Stokstad Complex is comprised of 6 affordable 2, 3 and 4 bedroom town houses. There is 1 unit that is wheel chair accessible.  Stokstad Place is located on the North Shore of Kamloops and is offered in partnership with BC Housing.  Applicants are put on the wait list according to date received and need.  Applications are available at 765 Tranquille Road, 396 Tranquille Road or on our website at www.interiorcommunityservices.bc.ca

Brock Duplexes
This housing complex has 12 - 3 bedroom duplexes with private yards and is offered in partnership with BC Housing. The duplexes are for low income families.

6th Avenue
ICS owns an apartment complex with 5 2 bedroom apartments located in downtown Kamloops.  ICS maintains these apartments as affordable units.

Henry Leland House
The Henry Leland House is an apartment complex downtown.  ICS is responsible for the property management for this supportive housing building.  ICS is in partnership with CMHA and ASK Wellness to provide supportive housing for the hard to house/homeless.

Rent Subsidies
We also manage 16 rent subsidies for people that live in apartments in Kamloops. These subsidies are based on the client’s rent, the max rent for the area of town and the suitability of the suite.
