COMMUNITY LIVING RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
Barriere House
Barriere House is a
home for adults with developmental disabilities who require an increased level
of personal care. It is a licensed facility for six residents and one respite
bed. The respite bed is used on a regular basis and all individuals using the
bed are approved through our funder, Community Living British Columbia. An
important aspect of Barriere House is that the residents are able to age in
place and are therefore able to transition through the death and dying process
in their own home if medically able.
Centennial House
Centennial House is a independent
home for adults with developmental disabilities. Home support services are
available during the day to support the individual needs of the residents. Any
adult with developmental disabilities is eligible to live in this home.
Referrals are made through Community Living British Columbia.
Desmond House
Desmond House is an
independent home for six adults
living
with diverse
health needs. This home is located in a quiet north shore community and has one
staff available twenty four hours a day seven days a week to provide support to
the program. Referrals are made through the Interior Health Authority and, or,
Interior Community Services.
