Support To Family Care Network

The Support to Family Care Network supports foster parents in a variety of capacities including education, training, Foster Caresupport, enhanced communication, networking and crisis response.  Also, this regional program works collaboratively with the Ministry of Children and Family Development to attract prospective family caregivers.  Foster Parents with a Family Care Home Agreement or a valid respite/relief contract with the Ministry of Children and Family Development, Delegated Agencies, Bands, and Community Living BC are eligible to participate in this program.  Regularly updated Foster Parent lists are provided to Interior Community Services.  This program is self-referral.
