In-Office Counselling - Supporting Families and Strengthening Communities

Supporting Families & Strengthening Communities is a partnership between Interior Community Services and the Red Cross offering free counselling services to individuals and families impacted by the 2017 wildfires. The service is available in Ashcroft, Cache Creek, Clinton and area as well as in Kamloops.

Program Information

If you live in the areas affected by the 2017 wild fires and feel like this left a lasting impact on you or your family, this program may be able to help. Supporting Families and Strengthening Communities provides free, short-term counselling that focuses on building on your strengths and resiliency. Appointments can be in-office (Ashcroft or Kamloops) or in your home.

This program is available part time in Ashcroft and area and part time in Kamloops.

Who is Eligible?

Individuals and families directly impacted by the 2017 wild fires.
