• Cook It, Try It, Like It: Aimed at children aged 9-13 years old. This 5 week cooking adventure focuses on food handling and preparation, basic food safety, nutrition and the overall food system.
• Snack Attack: a hands on 5 week program aimed at children aged 6-8 years old. Fun interactive classes promote healthy eating habits with simple recipes.
• Mini and Mighty Chefs: one time cooking workshops that focus on breads/grains, dehydration, food science, fast food do overs and the garden to table concept. Minis (6-8 year olds) and Mighty (9-13 year olds) are offered on a three hour basis.
• Camp Days/Field Trip Days; designed for the daycares, after school programs or elementary classes. A choice of two curriculums are offered; food science or food cycle. Children rotate through components of culinary skills, garden knowledge and the impact of nutrition.
