The Program Coordinator oversees our cluster living resource supporting 11 individuals, with diverse abilities, in
their daily life skills including physical, vocational, recreational, social, and emotional development, to connect with the community and to achieve the greatest degree of independence and quality of life possible.
This position will also include overseeing additional Community Living Services resource(s) and/or program(s).

This position will work in a cluster living program within a condominium to support 11 adults with diverse abilities to live independently.  Responsible for medication administration, housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation or planning, personal care, documentation, some program planning and other duties related to supporting adults with varying degrees of abilities.  Must be able to perform all duties relating to personal care.
