Program Information
Individual youth assisted by the Youth Street Outreach program range
from street entrenched youth, transient youth, youth from foster family
settings and other care facilities to youth aging out of care.
The Youth Street Outreach program provides
- Outreach services to homeless and at risk youth assisting them to address basic needs such as shelter and food.
- Additional services include referrals to treatment or health services, housing retention, crisis intervention, employment readiness and partnerships with community partners.
Who Is Eligible?
Homeless and at risk youth ages 13 - 24
