Stokstad Affordable Housing Program
Brock Duplexes This housing complex has twelve 3 bedroom duplexes with private yards and is offered in partnership with BC Housing Management Corporation. The duplexes are reserved for affordable housing. Applicants are put on the wait list according to need and date received. Applications are available at www.bchousing.org
6th Avenue Interior Community Services owns an apartment complex with five 2 bedroom apartments located in downtown Kamloops. Interior Community Services maintains the apartments as affordable units within the community. For more information, please contact Interior Community Services at 250-554-3134.
Rental Subsidies Interior Community Services manages 16 rental subsidies within the community. Subsidies are based on income, the maximum rent for the area of town, and the suitability of the suite. Subsidies assist with monthly rent payments in private market rental units for individuals with a low gross household income. Glenfair Complex
Seymour Apartments. Seymour Apartments is a 24 unit apartment complex located in downtown Kamloops. There are 14 one bedroom units and 10 bachelor units geared toward affordable housing for single individuals in the community. Shuswap IIlahee Lodge Shuswap Illahee Lodge is located in Chase, BC. Illahee has 30 units reserved for seniors (55 years and older) or individuals living with a disability. The lodge consists of 14 one bedroom units and 16 bachelor suites and offers a common area and on site laundry. Spencer Court is located in the Sahali area of Kamloops and is offered in partnership with BC Housing Management Corporation. Applicants are put on the wait list according to need and date received. Stokstad Complex is comprised of six affordable 2, 3 and 4 bedroom townhouses including one wheel chair accessible unit. Stokstad Place is located on the North Shore of Kamloops and is offered in partnership with BC Housing Management Corporation. Applicants are put on the wait list according to need and date received. Glenfair Seniors Complex consists of 80 units geared toward seniors (55 years and older) or persons living with a disability on a fixed income. Apartments are available in one bedroom and bachelor suites. Rent for the units is based on income and is calculated on 30% of the household gross income. The complex has spacious grounds, on site laundry, a common recreational room, and a resident social club. Applications are available on the BC Housing Management Corporation website at
