Centennial House is an independent home that supports four adults with developmental disabilities.

The Centennial House residence provides a safe and nurturing home environment designed to promote independence and increased quality of life for all residents.

  • Teaches life skills
  • Supports individuals in developing person centered plans and goals
  • Provides support for daily living

Who Is Eligible?

Adults with developmental disabilities over the age of 19
