A Tale of Two Leaders

It is a bittersweet experience to wish our outgoing CEO Kelly Kelland best wishes in her retirement. Kelly has led ICS through both good times and hard times with dignity, integrity and respect, she has brought wisdom and insight into the work and of course having the cutest basset hound Rolly Jackson as a sidekick and office dog has just added to the value that she has brought.

Kelly on behalf of the staff and families of ICS thank you for your years of service we will miss you and wish you all the best in your retirement.

It is with great pleasure and a huge sigh of relief that we welcome our incoming Executive Officer Valerie Janz. Val has held the position of Operations officer at ICS for the last 5 years and prior to that held other senior leadership portfolios within ICS. Val is known across the agency and within the community for her phenomenal work ethic, professional and personal ethics and her ability to analyze and critically assess operations, her kind heart and love of laughter are an added bonus. As the incoming Executive Officer Val will lead us with a vision based in integrity that honors the past and looks to the future.

Congratulations Valerie we as an agency and staff group are lucky to work alongside you and look forward to upholding the vision of strong ethics based work.
